technician will be in touch and will arrange a visit.
They can setup all the accounts and show your schools administrator
how to make future changes and additions. They can take
the data from your admin system and prepare the lists of
pupils to add to the VLE. |
Who will help us to keep our e-Folio
up-to-date at the start of each year.
Although support staff
in your school can manage the e-Folio users and settings
we can provide a 'Helping Hand's service where our
support technician can visit your school, carry out the
updates and show your support staff how it is done.

Will the hardware that supports e-Folio grow
with the increasing number of users?
Yes. New servers
came online in April 1st 2007. These store
only Essex accounts allowing greater freedom in
management and access to content. |
