When will we be notified of the Support technician visit to set up the account?

The support technician will be in touch and will arrange the date. It will then be available at  link.

I have forgotten the visit dates. Where can I find them?
When they have been arranged the dates will be visible by following this link.

When will we be notified of the start date for training?
After the support technician has been to setup the accounts a date will be arranged.
 
When will the cluster meetings take place?
These will be in the second term of your project.
 
Do I have to decide about all users before the ‘set-up’ visit?
No you can just put the children and staff on to start with Other users can be added at a later date.
