Installers are responsible for installing builds. Build developers are responsible for
creating new builds.
Monitoring the Release Management process is the responsibility of the release
manager. Although the task of producing reports may be delegated to an
administrator or technician, the release manager should retain the task of decision
making in order to improve the process and the service it facilitates.
