Technical Support for Essex Schools
User
The user is anyone in the school that uses ICT as part of their activities and will includes adults and children.
The User will need to be able to
Report when parts of the ICT infrastructure is not working. (by directly or indirectly adding incidents to a log)
Make suggestions as how the ICT resources can be improved.
Find quick solutions to their ICT problems.
Included in the design process when purchase of additional ICT resources being considered..
