The Owner will need to: |

- Set the roles within the school.
The first task for the Owner is to distribute the roles to key staff.

|
- Choose second level partners.
If you do not have a support company you can search for those that
service your area.
|
|
|
- Monitor Progress.
As the ICT Owner, you can view the progress of the implementation of new designs
and solutions to logged problems.
|
|
|
- Ensure risk assessments and health and safety procedures are
carried out.
|
|
|
- Approve all ICT purchases and check that provision and
implementation reach the desired standards.
|
|
|
- Ensure that all ICT assets are recorded and that network and
other diagrams are kept up to date
|
|
