Visitors FAQs
What time is the exhibition open to the visitors?
Visitors will be admitted to the exhibition from 10:00am until
6:00pm on Thursday 7th May and from 9:00am until 1:00pm on Friday 8th April
Is there a fee for visitors attending the Exhibition?
No � entry to the exhibition is free of charge. Invitations have been sent to all
schools in Essex Local Authority in addition to schools in neighbouring counties.
Is there free parking at the event?
Yes there is free parking for everyone visiting Charter Hall.
How can I find out who is exhibiting at the show?
A constantly updated list of attending suppliers will be available on the ExCITE
website at
www.e-ictsupport.org/excite on
the second page of the floor plan.
Will there be refreshments available at the exhibition?
Visitors will be issued with a free drink voucher on arrival at the exhibition,
snacks and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the exhibition.
Can our school send more than one visitor?
Yes, please bring as many members of staff as possible; there will be something
for everyone.
Can we book a specific time to speak to a LA ICT Advisor?
Please indicate this requirement when you pre-register and we will allocate an appropriate
adviser to meet with you for a free 30 minute sessions.
